I liked this text because talks about the new mobile technology, the Fourth Generation (4G), that will be subject to auction by the Brazilian government. 
The many difference betwen 3G and 4G is the data transfer speeds provided. The 4G mobile devices able to provide data speeds of up to 100 Megabits per second (Mbps) when the device is being used while moving and up to 1 Gigabit per second (Gbps) when stationary.
